I see my role as a therapist as a supporter and advocate. I view you the client as the expert on your life and believe you have all the tools you need to make a change and accomplish your goals. However, we all find times when we feel stuck and don't know how to find answers for ourselves. That's where I as a therapist can offer a non-judgmental, open-minded, safe space for you to process your thoughts and emotions.
When Reggie is not counseling, he is spending time with his wife and son. He also trains Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I believe you can find joy daily. Sometimes you just need to hunt for it.
